How to enable Eclipse keymaps in JDeveloper 11.1.1.2?

I tried to load the keyboard Scheme in JDeveloper 11.1.1.2 under "Tools - Perference - Shortcut Keys - Load Keyboard Scheme".
I picked "Eclipse" from the available list. I restarted JDeveloper after I change the scheme.

When I tried using some Eclipse shortcut keys such as "Ctrl-Alt-Down Arrow" to copy a line or "Alt Up Arrow" to move a line, those shortcut keys failed to work.
When I checked the Shortcut Keys mapping, it still using JDeveloper shortcut keys mapping such as "Ctrl-Shift-D" to copy a line.

How do I set up JDeveloper 11.1.1.2 to use Eclipse keymaps ?
