How to Enable database vault for custom schema?

Hello Experts,
I need to know the steps or doc to enable database vault at custom schema level, we already have database vault enable at database level for EBS schemas and we need to know the steps to enable vault for custom schema which is ebs registered and non ebs registered both, kindly suggest
DB - 19c RAC
EBS - 12.1.3
