How to enable custom FCKEditor toolbar when in source mode?

I'm using the ss_fck_simple_command custom configuration script for a region element, but the custom toolbar is disabled by default (as expected) when I'm in Source mode. How can I enable it (and leave the other toolbars disabled)?
