How to eliminate Exponential values when you export query results

Hi Blu Shadow,

Below are the values My query results for the column Account_Local_ID
, I listed some of them only from pl/sql developer.

After i export this results to .csv andthen to excel there i am seeing the below column values as exponential especially All numerica values,Please see the below output.

Please advice me how to make sure the DB results should be exported as numerical values but not exponentials.
