How to dynamically select DB Datasource at runtime configured in weblogic

Hi All,

I have a issue, i'm working on inserting the data into more than 3 different databases based on the input i'll get. I not able to understand how to pass
JNDI Name dynamically at runtime to my BPEL process so the datasource can be selected and passed dynamically to my BPEL process.

Please can any help me who has worked on it earlier or else please guide some demo url where i can have view of it.
