How to dynamically display a region when two IGs contains at least one element

Hi,

Under Oracle APEX 24.2.11, I have a form with two IGs. The first is called “Référents”, the second is called “Bénévoles”. Is is it possible to dynamically display the region “Envoi de SMS” on the same form when the two IGs contains at least one element ? I tried differerent methods without success.
