How to duplicate / clone a tablespace

Hello everyone,

I have a database with the tablespace PRODUCTION and I would like to create a COPY of this tablescape named QUALITY in the same DATABASE.

Please what is the best way to do it? Can I use DATAPUMP? Is it possible to copy the DATAFILE and rename it and then import to database?
