Hi Siebel experts, I am a Siebel developer and trying to intall siebel sandbox in my local laptop for learning purpose. I successfully installed Innovation Pack 2017 base version (17.0.0.0). However to complete the installation i need to download the siebel patchset .
Can someone please help me with option to download the patch set ? I do not have an active “My Oracle Support” Login anymore.
Any hep would be much appreciated.
