How to download Oracle 11.2.0.4 for Standard Edition ?

I need to install Oracle 11.2.0.4 Standard Edition. Can I use the zip files (1 and 2) from patch p13390677_112040 for Standard Edition?

When I tried to download it does not give me the option for Standard Edition, and I don't want to use Enterprise Edition to avoid problems with licenses.
