I have created an application form, for employee data, the page consist of text fields and the employee can attach his CV by clicking on the file browse item that I included in my page, this page works successfully.

I am trying to create an admin page that displays all employees in a report. The text information(colomns) can be displayed without a problem, i also want to the admin to click on a button in the report under the CV colomn to enable him from downloading employee CV from the database, in the report attribute page under Application_CV colomn there is no item File Browse.

Any ideas how can I solve this problem ?
