How to download documentation for sql developer?

Hi!

I'm on Windows Xp (32b) with Oracle Sql Developer 3.2 -Oracle XE 11g.

When i search on help center(on Sql Developer) ,for exemple,"create table" then information for "create table " is showed at "online documentation".

So how to "integrate" this documentation on Sql Developer?
