How to download activation.jar and mail.jar

persend mail using java in oracle 11g

step3: download 2 jar files jaf-1.1.1 and javamail-1.1.1.jar from oracle community network

step4: unzip this two files into into specific folder.so that you can find two jar files activation.jar and mail.jar

We are running Oracle db 11.2.0.4. Could someone please advise on where I can find these jars to download on OTN ?
