How to download a file in APEX uisng button.

Hi All,

In apex we have option to download a file thru CSV format by providing a link.
But end users are asking insated of link need to provide a "Button" to download files.
Is they any visibilty to download the file thru button. or Do can any body let me know how to write our own procedure to download the contents.
