How to download a BLOB file with its original file format?

Hi guys,

I just made an interactive report which will pull data of uploaded files (stored as BLOB). The interactive report already configured a link to download the file, but when I downloaded a file, I noticed that the file has no file format / extension. How to make the BLOB file to keep its original file extension when it is uploaded? I tried searching the forum for similar problem, but no luck ...

P.S. I am using Apex v5.0.3
