how to downgrade java?

solaris 10 (sparc), java version is 1.5.0_18"

our dba has a requirement while cloning an Oracle database (from solaris 9) as he needs java version 1.4.1_02a to be installed in solaris 10.

first question is, how to go about downgrading from java 1.5.0_18 to java 1.4.1_02a? there doesn't seem to be a package like the ones found in opensolaris.

second, if i downgrade java, will this affect solaris 10's functioning?

appreciate any help.
