How to do URL Maksing / Hide parameter datas in url in Oracle APEX

Hello Folks,   

        Could you please anybody help me out for my new requirements, when i passing the item value from one page to another another then in the URL end user view the ITEM NAME and Corresponding VALUES , refer the below link    https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=27267:46:113868116819184::NO:RP:P46_COLLEGE_CODE:7722.

        But i don't want user to view the ITEM NAME and It's Values in the URL.

        Please guide me to complete this task.
