How to do this in ODI ???

i have a requirement where i will get .gz files in unix and after tat i need to unzip the same ,remove headers from all files and load them into the corresponding tables.Can ODI 11g process the UNIX files or it needs to be transported to windows ?my ODI is installed on windows. IS any ODI tool available to process unix files.??
