how to do oracle 10.2.0.5 Patch by using response file

Hi,

OS linux
Db oracle 10g

my project team is planning for oracle 10.2.0.5 PSU upgrade on top of oracle 10.2.0.4 on Linux platform.
can any one share how to do PSU installation using .rsp file....
