how to do mapping between flatfile to database table. Flat file is not having column names. only data i have. Data is containing tab based in file. how to do mapping.

ex: flat file ( not having column names)

1 ravi 5000 india delhi

2 ramesh 4000 aus sydney

3 azar 6000 america newyork

Please guide me.
