how to do "http://www.zzz.com" to "http://www.zzz.com/action/login.do"?

I need your help please.

I am currently running iplanet 6.1.

I want to do this:

When I type for example "http://www.zzz.com", it forward it to this place "http://www.zzz.com/action/login.do" and run the .do file

I am newbie noob and thank you for helping!
