How to do column header group in sql report(Apex)

Hi,

I have a sql reports in the apex page where i have to do column header group in sql report, So i need the solution as easiest method.

Example Report header -----
h1. Date||* SuccessfulCalls|| FailedCalls|| AllCalls
------
h2. || ||(number of calls) (Pct of calls)|| (n) (%)|| (n) (%)

Also there is multiple sql reports in same page and different page on the above scenario.
