How to do cascading select list in Tabular Form?

Hello

I would like to know how to create a cascading select list in Tabular Form.

In following screenshot, for example, when select "2081: Alice Fan", the next filed should only shows "Item ID: Name" belongs to Alice.

Usually I can do this simply for an item by setting up SQL Query and Cascading LOV parent as follows.

However, I cannot find this in tabular form???

Does any one can help for the solution?

I wish this can be done by partially reload after the first field had changed but not submit entire page.
