How to do bulk upload to Hyperion Planning?

I have a situation where the combination of the form used is much complex to enter data which contains thousands of lines of data. This data includes both text fields and numeric fields. the thing is its hard to use Excel smart view since the number of combination lines and columns are higher than the limit in excel smart views.

we are using Hyperion 11.1.2.2

Is it possible to do data uploads using tools such as ODI or FDQM? if possible, from which I can upload and if both are capable which is best and please give me a link to learn how to configure the tool to my planning Application.
