how to display value from form page to display page ?

Hi,

I have this wizard which has 3 pages, page 2 has a form where the user enter a value which is then saved in a database table

here is page 2

now on page 3 i want to display what the user has entered (just like a confirmation on the values he entered).

i have tried several things but none worked ? i am still new to apex though, any help ?
