How to display the percentage on the bar graph.

Hello,

Can anyone please tell me as to how to display percentages on a stacked bar chart. All the time it displays actual values.
For example ..

| |18% | | |
3000 | | | | |
| | 70%| | |
2000 | | | | |
| |12% | | |
1000 | | | | |
-----------------------------------------------
Q1 Q2
