How to display region in right side position into breadcrumb bar

Hi Experts,

I created a 'Emp Infos Right' Region in Breadcrumb Bar position, and i want to display it in the right side.
My issue:

I can't find the Start New Row attributes in the Layout section.

You can see demo on apex.oracle.com with this credentials:

Workspace: ws_formation

Username: asoukaina

Password: s@boulah1013

I used the Application 31779 - RH, 31779:2
