How To Display MsgBox with error instead of error page when db returns ORA

Hi Folks,

I would like to ask if it is possible to display an MessageBox with error instead of "Error page" in case when any ORA error is returned from database.

Alternatively, if above is not possible, how can I customize an Error Page + returned "Custom defined ORA Error Messages" - eg: ORA-20333 'Some Custom Text' ?
