How to display long text in IG TextArea?

I'm using apex 20.1 and universal theme.

Below is my IG (read-only) and the user filter column context is long so I select textarea item type.

In IR a text area has a pencil icon when click will display a popup window containing the text.

How do I do the same for IG? thanks
