How to display logo in Reports 10G ?

Dear Members,

I want to display dynamic logo from server path (log was placed in custom top bin folder) in Oracle Reports.

If I pass Org1 first logo1 needs to display, If I pass Org2 Second logo2 needs to display.

How can I achieve this ?
