How to display date using a format DD/MM/YYYY in a Jet Chart

I have a Jet Chart with dates on the x axis. They are displayed using this format DD-MM-YYTHH24:MI:SS.

I would like them to be displayed as this : DD/MM/YYYY. I could not find where to define this format in the page designer.

I am using Apex 5.1.2.00.09. And Oracle 12.1.
