I'm trying to generate a customized report in a pl/sql region with html table. It's a kind of matrix report (m rows and n columns), where each table cell represents percent of progress. Depending the percent complete, I would like to represent the cell in the following way. any ideas are appreciated, thanks for your help.
100% complete - full bar(green color)
0% complete - no bar,
50% complete - half a bar(red color)
75% complete - 3/4th of a bar(yellow color)
