How To Display Current month values zero,

I have Report Like This Month name and amount and balance. in this report I apply filter like current year. That is working fine when data is available. My requirement like this
In my application Present month data is not there in that place I want display zeros.
Ex:Month_name amount blance
Jan 10000 5000
Feb 0 0
Any Help......
