how to display content of oracle directory in apex?

Hi all, I'm on APEX 20.1.
We have some PL/SQL procedures that store file into oracle directory using utl_file.
Now we want to add capability to list the content of this oracle directory and download one or more files.
How can I list the content of an oracle directory in APEX? I must use and interactive report? Or an interactive grid?
Have you got some examples or documentation?
