How to display asterisks instead of characters and set some default value in APEX 5.0

I checked this link but this scenario is different than me

I had created sample application at free workspace

https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=4550:8:0

Workspace Name: WMS_USER

User Name : AMIT23@SFICORP.COM

Password : Password!23

Application 40363 - Shipping Office :-> Run it : Click on User Report

When I clicked on Create button it showing default value in my next page no 7 To First Name field set as AMIT23@SFICORP.COM and Password field showing some as asterisks
When I edit the existing user then Password field showing empty as I need to show some asterisks for that user.

Can you please help out
