How to display a middle level of Parent-child Hierarchy

Hi all,

I have a scenario where I should display only 4th and 5th level of the Parent-child hierarchy. Could you please help me sort it out.

Say, there is Profit center/Cost center which has some 10 levels now I have to create a pivot table that contains just the level 4 and Level 5 how can  acheive that?

I wanted to display only the State and city (Profit center 4 and 5). I am not sure how INDEXCOL works.
