how to disconfigure the flashback_recovery_area

hello experts:

How to remove the settings of flashback_recovery_area ?

only we need to change the location of archive directory or what else ...

is there any commands to disconfigure the flashback_recovery_area ..

because i have noticed that flashback_recovery_area is occupaying alot disk space
