how to disable XML validation (or syntax check) in JDeveloper 10.1.3?

It used to be fine when I use JDeveloper 10.1.3 to edit XML files. Then suddenly all XML files are highlighted with full of errors. Even the XML files those I have not touched and used to be fine.

Is there anyway to turn off the XML validation (or syntax check) in JDeveloper 10.1.3? it is very annoying to see all those highlighted errors.
