how to disable WSDL validation

Hi, guys!

I have test BPEL server 10.1.3.5, which is in isolated network. During process deployment I have errors "Failed to read WSDL".

Is it possible to turn off WSDL validation?

The error is

Failed to read wsdl file at: "http://172.18.20.6:8080/axisip/services/repairIn?wsdl", caused by: java.net.NoRouteToHostException. : java.net.NoRouteToHostException: No route to host".
