How to disable warnings in JDev

When I build my application using Jdev I get 0 error and approx 100 warnings but when I use ant to build the application I get approx 100 errors and
no warnings.
Again I use Jdev to build, now I am getting 100 errors and no warnings.
My question is after running ant ,is ant turnning the warnings into errors.
Is there any way to turn off the warning flag in JDev.
