How to disable the waiting message after a failed login ?

Hi,

I am testing new login processes. Sometimes I cannot login because of bugs in my procedures.

On the login screen there is a login message which makes you wait 5, 10, 15 etc seconds after a failed login.

I would like no waiting to log in again.

I am using APEX 5.0.3 with Oracle 11GR2
