How to disable the ipchecksum in Solaris 11?

How to disable the ipchecksum in Solaris 11? In Solaris 10, use follows configuration can take effect, but I try it in Solaris 11.2, the Server become very solwly and no bandwidth to transfer any files or communication, how to resolves it?

To turn off the built-in TCP hardware checksum for troubleshooting,

add following entry to /etc/system and reboot:

set ip:dohwcksum=0 ”

the Solaris version on my server:

root@solaris:~# more /etc/release

                            Oracle Solaris 11.2 SPARC
