How to disable Copy and Paste in a multi line text item in oracle forms 10g

Hello,

Can any one please help how to disable Copy and Paste in a multi line text item in oracle forms 10g.

Even from a notepad if some text is copied it should not be pasted in the multi line text item. And anything should not be copied from the multi line text item.

Client PC is Windows OS.
