I recently switched to using the Claude Sonnet 4.5 model with GitHub CoPilot, which has been a game changer for a lot of more technical things. One thing that I've noticed is that it will just blast through and run all items, including run-sql, without first prompting me and allowing me to review what's about to get executed. I'm assuming there's something screwed up in my workspace. How do I adjust this so that, at least any run-sql always prompts by default, including new chat sessions with GitHub CoPilot?
