How to disable anonymous binds

Hello all,

i might need some help, cause i dont know how i can Disable anonymous bind on 389
i use on the client configuration file
NS_LDAP_CREDENTIAL_LEVEL= proxy
i read that this problem can be solved with ACI
but how exactly i dont know
i need help on this manner as i can configure the ldap server only from command mode, i dont have access to the graphical administration console

please help me out
