How to disable ADMIN_RESTRICTIONS parameter during runtime?

Hi,

I have placed ADMIN_RESTRICTIONS_test=ON listener.ora file. i want to change that parameter to ADMIN_RESTRICTIONS_test=OFF in lsnrctl utility

Is it possible?

LSNRCTL> set ADMIN_RESTRICTIONS_test=OFF
NL-00853: undefined set command "ADMIN_RESTRICTIONS_test=OFF". Try "help set"
