As a developer on JAVA Card, I want to know how to develop the JCRE on an complete empty card.
Is there some reference code from Oracle I can develop base on?
or I have to develop it from zero just with the specification?
or I can get help from some open source project?
or I can get the JCRE code from Oracle after I buy the lisence?
Anyone have any idea on it?
