How to develop BPEL application using jdeveloper 11g

All ,

I have downloaded the JDEVELOPER Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.4.0( Build JDEVADF_11.1.1.4.0_GENERIC_101227.1736.5923).When i click on new application i can't see the SOA APPLICATION PROJECT where i can develop BPEL applications .

My problem is how can i develop SOA BPEL application using this JDEVELOPER version.Do i need to install additional software or update for this.When i click on "check for update" it ask me some http proxy server location and path .Please help me in this how can i devlop the BPEL APPLICATION using JDEVELOPER 11G.

Do i have to install some other version of software or what should i do ?
