How to Determine Max Oracle Process Parameter Setting on Windows Server

Currently I have Oracle 11.2.0.1.0 running on
Windows 2003 EE R2 SP2 x32

The question at hand now is:

How do I determine what the maximum value I can set the process parameter to?

I presume it is operating system and hardware dependent, but I can’t seem to find documentation on it.

Any and all help is appreciated.
