How to determine Ant build time?

I have an Ear file build previously by my collegue.
I have looked in to the build.xml file and I can see the <tsamp\> tag. Which means the build file(i.e EAR) must have a file that displays the build time and date.

Can anyone explain me where to find the file in the EAR build and how to find it?
