How to determine a SIM card Manufacturer ?

Hello,

How can I determine the card manufacturer (or vendor like Axalto, Gemplus, Orga, etc) , and even the Model , by reading data from the SIM ?

Does the ATR gives such information ?

or the EF ICCID ?
